Test Technician

AKSA Power Generation USA in Conroe, Texas is seeking an experienced Test Technician to join our fun and fast-paced team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for problem-solving, enjoys working with a creative and diverse group of people, and can take initiative to research and develop innovative solutions!Job SummaryThe main aim of the job is to carry out the test processes and preparations of the products belonging to the generator groups and to ensure that these processes are completed.Responsibilities

1. To ensure that the work area is organized and tidy.
2. Performing daily and weekly operator maintenance of the benches.
3. Participates in teamwork to identify the causes of non-compliance and plan regulatory actions, and to carry out corrective actions related to his/her own department.
4. To support the foreman if there is a program suitable for the cards (module) of the generators to be tested, if there is no foreman, to apply it directly.
5. To follow up and request consumables (antifreeze, diesel, gasoline, AdBlue, oil) used in the test process.
6. In case of failure, notify the maintenance department, if not, the relevant units.
7. To be responsible for the preparation of reports, since the tests of the generators to be tested are carried out in accordance with the instructions and specifications.
8. Identification of products during production stages and providing backward traceability.
9. To ensure that the existing buildings, benches, equipment, and materials are used and maintained properly.
10. Fulfilling every task given by his/her supervisor regarding his/her department, without separating department and place.
11. Participating as a participant in training seminars organized in the enterprise.
12. To inform the section chiefs of his thoughts about himself and the company in general.
13. To comply with the Quality, Environment and OSHA rules in the enterprise.
14. Being obliged to comply with all kinds of precautions and rules regarding Occupational Safety and Health.
15. Participating in training on Occupational Safety and Health.
16. To share opinions, complaints, and suggestions about Workplace, OHS, Environment and Quality with the department manager.
17. To identify risks and opportunities in Quality Assurance, Environment and OHS Management Systems. To take part in risk reduction studies.

Qualifications 1.Education Background   Min.
