Test Technician

We're looking for a dependable RF Test Technician to join our client's team in Gloucester, MA. If you enjoy hands-on technical work, troubleshooting electronic systems, and working in a production environment, this could be a great fit for you!

$30-$32 per hour

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Duties

• Set up and perform functional testing on RF products including generators, matching networks, and electrostatic chucks
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues at the system, board, and component level
• Verify performance against electrical specifications (power, frequency, efficiency, stability)
• Execute detailed test procedures and work instructions
• Document test results, failure data, and reports in internal systems
• Maintain test equipment, including calibration tracking and logs
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams for builds and debugging

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience/training
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a production test environment (RF or power electronics preferred)
• Ability to read schematics and follow test procedures
• Experience using oscilloscopes, power meters, and sensors
• Familiarity with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
