We're Hiring Test Technicians - 2nd Shift (3:00PM-12:30AM / 9/80 bi-weekly schedule) - Chatsworth, CA

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00PM - 12:30AM, 9/80 bi-weekly schedule Location: Chatsworth, CA

About the Role

As a Test Technician, you'll trim, tune, troubleshoot, test, and repair RF microelectronic assemblies — and you'll play a direct role in the quality of products that matter. What You'll Do

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and work instructions
• Set up and perform testing on complex microelectronic circuits (VSWR, isolation, insertion loss, power output, and more)
• Tune microwave components using a SPA and hand tools; troubleshoot circuits to the component level
• Operate test equipment including power meters, spectrum analyzers, vector signal analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators
• Operate and troubleshoot ATEs
• Identify failures and determine corrective action
• Inspect PCBAs and microelectronic devices for defects before and after testing
• Follow all ESD handling requirements and company continuous improvement practices
