Test Technician II

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Test Technician II for an aerospace electronics manufacturing operation, which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in component-level circuit troubleshooting and schematic interpretation looking to further their career in advanced electronics manufacturing.

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic components and assemblies at component level per defined procedures and specifications
• Perform functional testing on intermediate-complexity electronic items using advanced test equipment and complex schematics
• Train Level I Test Technicians on test procedures and troubleshooting techniques
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of complex assembly experience in aerospace or similar high-reliability industries
• Advanced proficiency in reading complex electrical schematics, tracing circuit paths, and identifying component-level faults
• 2-5 years hands-on experience with complex electronic test equipment; advanced soldering proficiency with small parts and components

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree in Electronics or higher
• Military or trade school training in electronics, including digital and analog theory and solid-state circuitry
