Test Technician III

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Test Technician III for an aerospace/aviation manufacturing company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic components and performing functional testing looking to further their career in electronics and advanced manufacturing.

• Troubleshoot and repair high-complexity electronic components, subassemblies, and assemblies according to prescribed specifications and procedures
• Perform functional testing and diagnostics on complex instruments and electrical assemblies
• Identify failure trends, collect data, and present technical findings to supervisors and engineering teams
• Train and mentor Level I and Level II Test Technicians on diagnostics and repair procedures

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic test equipment at the component level
• Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent military/trade school training in electronics theory, digital/analog circuits, and solid-state devices
• Proficiency with technical documentation including wiring diagrams, circuit schematics, and assembly drawings; intermediate soldering skills; U.S. work authorization required
