- Perform final inspection and testing of electrical control systems using blueprints, schematics, and test equipment
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of testing results
- Collaborate with Quality, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to support product quality and process improvements
- Provide technical assistance to Quality Control
- Assist in developing test procedures and designing test fixtures
- Train inspectors and production staff to reduce defects and rework
- Participate in meetings and implement assigned action items
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and the Quality Management System
