- Run assembled robotic units through a series of software-driven diagnostic tests to ensure full functionality.
- Interpret pass/fail test results and use system feedback to pinpoint and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or software-related failures.
- Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering drawings, and blueprints to perform precise repairs and adjustments.
- Set up and operate test fixtures, DAQ systems, and diagnostic software interfaces.
- Perform PCBA inspections, rework, and electronic modifications as needed.
- Document test results, repairs, and discrepancies clearly and accurately.
- Support process improvements and collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams.
