Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated senior associate technologist to join our Power Solutions & Controls Development (PS&CD) team in Mossville, IL. As a senior associate technologist, you will serve as a key member of the team in the preparation of facilities for testing, build and rework of test articles, and execution of test activities.
Laboratory testing primarily includes battery cell, module, and pack development in addition to energy storage system, microgrid controllers, and hydrogen fuel cell systems development. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in laboratory support and operations, coupled with a strong commitment to safety, pride in their attention to detail and accuracy, and a desire to grow their capabilities to support validation and development activities. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with co-workers, collaboration with facility support personnel, and ability to prioritize tasks within a project to accomplish a goal are also key to being successful in this role. Electrification development and testing work is dynamic, fast paced, and exciting, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop personally while delivering on Caterpillar's commitment to building a better, more sustainable world.

Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
