Job Summary
Paradigm Max Q is seeking a Test Wing Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multifaceted program initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing program schedule, budget, and risks, ensuring compliance with contractual and engineering requirements, and driving mission success in support of sustainment, modernization, and operational readiness objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact with government stakeholders, partners, and subcontractors.
Monitor project performance, schedule, budget, and risks; develop corrective actions to mitigate issues and optimize outcomes.
Coordinate requirements, technical data, and information flow between internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely decisions.
Oversee contractual compliance, status reporting, and deliverables, support proposal efforts and resource planning.
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Program Management, Business, or related discipline.
5+ years of program/project management experience, preferably with defense aerospace programs.
Strong understanding of lifecycle sustainment, readiness metrics, supply chain management, maintenance processes, and defense acquisition.
