Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Test Lead to serve as System Test Lead for large complex JAVA applications. The consultant will be responsible for test planning, test design, test execution, automated testing, requirements traceability, defect management, reporting, and quality assurance activities supporting enterprise applications in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as System Test Lead for major applications; define, plan, design, and execute tests; prepare and manage statistical and status reports for unit managers and higher-level managers.
• Research and review system design and technical documentation to develop detailed system test estimates, design documents, and planning documents.
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, system test scenarios, and manual and automated test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated functional, regression, and performance tests, analyze outcomes, and support resolution to successful completion of tests.
• Develop automated test scripts and execute testing activities.
• Prepare and manage system test data.
• Document and communicate test status and results; track, report, and validate defects and work with the team on resolution.
• Prepare formal written test estimates.
• Deliver ad hoc written and oral presentations related to system testing.
• Communicate effectively with peers and managers.
• Attend project and scrum meetings and debrief management and team members on meeting content.
• Interact with prospective customers during product demos, evaluations, and Show & Tell sessions.
• Work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.
• 4 years of experience serving as a System Test Lead for a large complex JAVA application required.
• 7 years of experience testing including test planning, test development (test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios), and test execution for large, complex multi-platform applications required.
• 6 years of experience using Client/Microfocus Test Tools including ALM, ALM Octane, Load Runner, QTP/UFT-Unified Functional Testing, and Rational Performance Tester required.
• 4 years of experience using office automation and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office, and related toolsets required.
• 7 years of experience using database query tools and writing SQL including Toad, AQT, and related tools required.
• 7 years of experience performing system testing of large complex JAVA applications required.
• 1 year of experience in Agile Methodology and Testing required.
• 1 year of experience using JIRA required.
• 3 years of experience analyzing and executing batch processing jobs required.
• 1 year of experience testing web services using SOAP, REST, or similar tools required.
• 1 year of experience using GIT, Nexus, and Jenkins for Continuous Testing required.
• 1 year of experience in Mobile Testing (iOS and Android) required.
• 1 year of experience in Security Testing required.
• Experience in Mobile Emulator Testing required.
• Experience with Research and Innovation Proof of Concepts required.

• Ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
