QM Testers – Connecticut Child Support ModernizationSeeking experienced UAT-focused Test Analysts (2) to support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a Child Support Modernization initiative. This role will work closely with Child Support program staff, vendors, and technical teams to ensure the solution meets business, operational, and federal requirements. The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience supporting UAT for Child Support modernization implementations, including rollouts using Protech’s Child Support Platform.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across Child Support modulesWork with Child Support program SMEs to develop UAT scenarios and test cases based on business processesExecute UAT test cases, document results, and log defectsSupport defect triage, retesting, and validation of fixesValidate system functionality against Child Support policies, workflows, and federal requirementsSupport UAT readiness activities, daily status updates, and test cycle closeoutAssist with UAT activities for statewide rollouts and post-go-live stabilizationMandatory RequirementsMust have prior experience supporting UAT for Child Support Modernization implementationsMust have hands-on experience with implementations and rollouts involving Protech’s Child Support PlatformMust possess strong Child Support program knowledge, including policies, workflows, and case management operationsMust comply with State policies and procedures.Preferred QualificationsExperience working directly with Child Support program staff and business SMEsFamiliarity with federal OCSE requirements and reportingExperience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Xray, Jira, ALM, or similar)Experience supporting large-scale, multi-vendor government system implementationsLocation RequirementsCandidate must be local or willing to commute or relocate. - YesAdditional Location Details (City, State):Background VerificationMinimum Verification Requirements - Please complete the following verifications with Infocubic upon candidate's selection.
