You are the final link in the production process and make sure that every product leaving the facility meets the highest technical standards. Your daily responsibilities includePreparation· Interpreting product documentation test specifications and order instructions.· Setting up and preparing test configurations.Executing Tests· Testing products using various test methods including Connectivity testing High Voltage functional tests RF Flying Probe IC tests.· Programming and operating different test systems.· Performing basic checks in case of deviations and determining the appropriate corrective action.· Recording test results and completing reports and quality documentation.Troubleshooting primarily Senior· Analyzing complex failures using schematics drawings and test results.· Repairing and replacing components in accordance with IPC standards.· Investigating customer complaints and reporting structural issues.· Contributing ideas for product and process improvements.Aftercare· Inspecting products and correcting any production errors.· Accurately and completely documenting all performed activities.
