As a PCBA Tester, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of high‑end electronic modules, printed circuit boards, and subsystems. You are the final link in the production process and make sure that every product leaving the facility meets the highest technical standards. Through your precise testing, sharp analysis, and problem‑solving skills, you prevent errors, improve processes, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and product innovation.

• The work takes place in two shifts:

Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

This is what you bring to the team

• A completed MBO level 3/4 or HBO education in Electronics.
• Broad technical knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, and mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability.
• Accuracy, quality awareness, and a structured way of working.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A drive to collaborate, share knowledge, and support colleagues.
• A proactive attitude and the willingness to continuously learn and develop yourself.
