Introduction
The role involves being part of the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team, responsible for manual and automated testing of configurations and integrations of "out-of-the-box" ServiceNow solutions. The position requires a solid understanding of ServiceNow platform behaviors, modules, ACLs, flows, and integration testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on testing with ServiceNow
- Automation and ServiceNow Certificates
- 5–8 years of QA experience
- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing (with a focus on IRM/GRC)
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- JavaScript, Python, or Selenium
- Development experience
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, ATF)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain test data, data validation, and end-to-end testing flows
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF
- Create test cases based on functional and technical requirements
