As the Testing Engineer you will have the opportunity to define system/equipment test plans, specifying the test benches that will support the development of the electric propulsion systems and the system/equipment verification for the battery-powered aircrafts that will enable the world to sustainably and efficiently get from point A to point B. The Test Engineering Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, infrastructure, and processes required to validate electric propulsion systems for aerospace applications. This role oversees the development of integrated test capabilities, ensuring products meet performance, safety, and certification requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
This leader partners closely with engineering, program management, and operations to ensure test readiness aligns with program milestones, while building scalable and robust test environments that support current and future platforms.
