About the Role:
We're seeking a licensed and motivated Texas Level III Security Officer to step into a leadership position as Operations Manager. You'll oversee field operations, stand selected posts, staff scheduling, and ensure client satisfaction across multiple sites. This role requires a leader who can travel, problem-solve on the ground, and manage teams effectively. Preference given to candidates open to living on-site at top client properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple job sites
- Lead, supervise, and support security personnel in the field
- Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping systems
- Conduct site inspections and maintain high client satisfaction
- Handle performance management, training, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with DPS rules and company policies
- Serve as primary point of contact for escalations and client needs
- Travel as required to various client locations across Texas
- Live on-site or nearby select high-priority client properties (preferred)
Requirements:
- Active Texas Level III (Commissioned) Security License
- 3+ years in security, military, or law enforcement – leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with digital scheduling, reporting, and timekeeping systems
- Flexible availability, including rotating weekends or on-call duties
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel and/or live on-site at designated client properties
- Must pass background check and drug screening
