As a leader in the demolition and environmental industry, Trifecta continues to expand its presence across North American through a commitment to safety, operational excellence and client satisfaction.This position will be the Regional Safety Manager for our Austin TX office and surrounding areas. This position will require travel to the project sites to perform training and audits. Office work will include writing site specific health and safety plans, updating training and any other safety related tasks.ResponsibilitiesMinimum OSHA 30 hour construction, first aid and CPR trainedOSHA 510 and 500 preferred.Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English).Field experience on demolition and asbestos abatement projects preferred or industrial/commercial construction projects.Develop, modify and maintain JSA/STAs, SDS Inventory, equipment inspections, hot work permits, emergency evacuation plan and any other site‑specific requirements for this branch's projects.Update the Site Specific Health and Safety plan provided for this branch's projects.Perform weekly audits of all branch projects and areas and maintain records of the inspections and audits.Facilitate or conduct required training for workers and maintain records.Ability to conduct an incident investigation and record information via witness statements and pictures.Ability to recognize air or noise hazards and facilitate or conduct monitoring as required.Facilitate the scheduling of any required medical monitoring and maintain medical clearances.RequirementsValid Driver's LicenseAbility to escort accident/injury personnel to urgent care or hospital and oversee medical treatmentTravel and overnight stays may be requiredAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyAbility to physically stand, bend, squat, and walk through the work dayExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Up-to-date on latest local and state regulation and guideline changeAttend required safety meetings with clients/GC'sProvide full time on‑site safety services as requiredThis position is currently accepting applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
