Job Description

• Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities for mission‑critical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and continuity at every phase.
• Drive coordination across subcontractors, trades, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain seamless workflow and prevent schedule disruptions.
• Oversee and enforce strict compliance with project plans, specifications, and high-security, high-reliability requirements unique to mission‑critical environments.
• Monitor, track, and report daily progress, risks, and field conditions to ensure on-time, on-budget, first‑time‑right delivery.
• Create and maintain a proactive safety culture, running site meetings, enforcing protocols, and ensuring every team member meets safety standards.
• Resolve issues quickly, making informed field decisions to keep milestones on track and maintain operational resilience.

The successful candidate is an experienced superintendent with strong ground‑up or interiors expertise, able to confidently run fast‑paced Texas job sites. They're organized, solutions‑driven, great with people, and adaptable enough to travel regularly while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and execution. Based in Houston and willing to travel throughout Texas to various projects.
