Textile Operator

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Woven Operator (Textile) paying $17.51 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

• 1st Shift 7am - 3pm

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of weaving/loom machines
• Load yarn, thread, or materials into machines
• Tie in yarns and repair broken threads during production
• Inspect fabric for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Support operators with changeovers and material handling.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Previous textile, manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience operating textile machinery; basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of fabrics, fibers, yarns, and textile production processes, with strong attention to quality and detail.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
