We currently have a variety of positions available across all shifts, requiring different levels of experience operating textile production equipment. Operate and monitor textile manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Load materials and remove finished products from production equipment.
Perform routine machine adjustments and notify maintenance of equipment issues.
Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Textile, Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently lift, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed.
Perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping.
Work in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, varying temperatures, and moderate to high noise levels.
Pay
Starting pay rates depend on exp and position $15.20 to $19.93.
