Ennovar is looking for a SAP Business Systems Analysts to work at Textron Aviation.

Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.

Job Duties
Support SAP functional and technical teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Support, and other business functions.

Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.

Help analyze and troubleshoot SAP issues and user access requests.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Participate in testing system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.

Document development objects in accordance with audit requirements.

Support project activities, including testing, documentation, and user training.

Research SAP functionality and industry best practices to recommend solutions.

Use AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements
Interest in SAP systems, enterprise business applications, and business process improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail when documenting requirements, testing results, and technical information.

Willingness to learn SAP functionality and assist with system troubleshooting and user support.

Ability to research potential solutions and learn AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot.

Work is done on site at Textron Aviation West Campus.

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators.
