Thacher School - Assistant Varsity Coach

Ideal candidates will possess a passion for coaching and player development, a strong knowledge of the game, as well asthe ability to coach students of various skill levels at the same time. Previous experience working with 14–17-year-olds ispreferred. The positions reports to the Head Coach of each sport.Importantly, candidates should also present a record of commitment and competency relating to engaging with students and colleagues in a diverse community, advancing the design of culturally responsive curricula, and promoting equity and belonging for all, both in and out of the classroom.
