We’re seeking experienced and talented Thai Specialty Cooks to join our team, especially during peak hours. If you’re passionate about Thai cuisine and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to have you on board.
Job Description :
- Prepares and cooks Thai foods using special knowledge in Thai cooking techniques and special recipes;
- Prepares complicated and unique Thai dishes under time pressure (especially when the business has a full house);
- At least once a month, designs, plans, develops and creates recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers;
- Checks the quality of prepared dishes to ensure that standards are met;
- Checks the quantity and quality of received products;
- Designs and decorates each dish in the unique Thai style of presentation;
- Determines production schedules and staff requirements as necessary to ensure timely delivery of services;
- Follows standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices;
- Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and
- Checks stock levels and orders supplies.
Salary: $47,154 - $50,690/year
Requirement: 24-36 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2-3 years of experience in Thai cooking).
