Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions)

At Isarn Thai Soul Kitchen, we offer delicious, traditional Thai cuisine, specifically from the northeastern region of Thailand (Isarn food). Our dishes, such as Pad-Mee-Grati and Nam Prik Ong, are specially crafted and prepared by skilled cooks. Thus, we are looking to fill our team with talented and specialized Thai Specialty Cooks, who will perform the following duties:   

1. Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies;
2. Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure;
3. Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and
4. Perform other health and sanitation duties as required by law.

SALARY: $50,690/year

REQUIREMENTS:  24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
