Bai Tong Thai Street Café is a popular Thai restaurant in Seattle, Washington. We are looking for a Thai Specialty
Cook to perform the following duties:
- Cook authentic Thai dishes, especially traditional Thai street food;
- Use various specialty Thai ingredients and cooking techniques using a knowledge base of authentic Thai cuisine preparation to prepare each dish;
- Prepare a variety of types of flavorful Thai sauces and pastes;
- Create contemporary Thai plate presentations and decorative food displays;
- Ensure raw and cooked food products meet highest quality standards;
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and
- Verify stock levels and order supplies.
SALARY: $50,600-$51,000 / year
REQUIREMENTS: 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
