As Executive Sous Chef, you’ll serve as the second-in-command of the culinary operation, partnering with the Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure flawless execution of Chef Ramsay’s signature dining experience. You’ll:
Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, team leadership, and daily execution
Lead and supervise Sous Chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, and utility staff to ensure consistency and excellence
Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, flavor, and execution
Oversee daily production, prep, and service operations while maintaining efficiency and precision
Train, coach, and develop culinary leaders and team members to foster a culture of accountability and growth
Monitor food quality, sanitation, safety, and compliance with all health department standards
Assist in managing food and labor costs through inventory control, scheduling, portion management, and waste reduction
Maintain strong communication with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences
Help drive menu execution, recipe adherence, and operational excellence across all shifts
Step into the Executive Chef role when needed to ensure uninterrupted leadership and performance
