    Full-Time Squash Professional

    The Cleveland Racquet Club

    The Cleveland Racquet Club, one of the Midwests premier racquet clubs, is seeking a full-time Squash Professional to join our team beginning in September 2026.

    Our facility features four international squash courts and one North American doubles court and serves as a host venue for Squash in the Land, a Silver-level PSA mens and womens tournament.

    The Cleveland Racquet Club is dedicated to providing exceptional facilities, programming and member experiences within a welcoming and community-oriented environment. We offer a wide range of programming for adult and junior players of all standards and are looking for an enthusiastic professional to help continue the growth of our squash program.

    Position Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Assisting with the development and implementation of adult and junior squash programming
    • Teaching private lessons, group clinics and holiday camps
    • Assisting with leagues, club tournaments, exhibitions and special events
    • Supporting player recruitment and membership growth initiatives
    • Assisting with the development of new squash and fitness-related programming
    • Performing administrative duties in collaboration with the Director of Squash

    Candidate Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • 23 years of squash coaching experience
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
    • The ability to work effectively with players of all ages and abilities
    • Experience with squash-related fitness and training
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • National and/or international playing experience preferred, though not required
    • A genuine passion for squash and community engagement
