  Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support enterprise data and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and development teams to analyze business needs, improve reporting processes, and deliver scalable data solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, hands-on experience with SQL and enterprise reporting tools, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and analytical solutions based on business requirements and specifications.
• Use tools such as SAS, SQL, and BusinessObjects to support enterprise reporting and analysis.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data cubes to support operational and business needs.
• Take ownership of assigned reporting and analysis subject areas.
• Work within enterprise data warehouse environments to support reporting and analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and development teams to improve report performance and extend system functionality.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data and reporting solutions.
• Maintain and document reporting processes, technical configurations, and operational environments.
• Conduct technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions for users and team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Agile projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience.
• Experience with SAS and/or BusinessObjects.
• Experience working with data warehouses, data marts, or enterprise reporting environments.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, analytical solutions, or data cubes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with development and architecture teams.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise business intelligence and reporting platforms.
• Experience with report performance tuning and SQL optimization.
• Experience providing technical training or knowledge transfer.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or public-sector data environments.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and reporting architecture.
