Title: The Family Engagement and Digital Communication Receptionist

The Family Engagement and Digital Communication Receptionist supports the Central Office and the District by greeting parents, teachers, students, and other members of the community. This position is also responsible for monitoring and reporting to the Superintendent activity surrounding digital channels and social media. This person will work collaboratively with the District to update the website. This dual focused role bridges in-person family support with online community engagement.

Duties: Manage phone, mail, and email communications Family Engagement and Reception Maintain a reception area and ensure public-facing information is current. Assist in implementing the District''s communication plan. Address visitors needs by connecting families to basic resources, translation services, or other school based or community resources Track daily activity, comments and direct messages across district social media accounts Post daily announcements, update event calendars and refresh outdated web text or flyers Track Parent Square information for any related information that might be useful for the website. Provide administrative support to the Superintendent and Central Office administrators Other duties as assigned
