The GAME School at the Arizona State Universitys California Center invites applications for Faculty Associates to teach undergraduate courses online and/or on-campus within the Game Studio Production Program in the areas of:
Game Design Game Production and Management Game Engine programming Game Industry Strategy and Analytics
These positions are one semester appointments, part-time, non-benefits eligible, with no tenure implications. A typical Faculty Associate course load is one to two classes per semester at $1,700 per credit. Teaching duties include:
• Preparing course materials • Responding to and evaluating student work • Availability for one-on-one assistance via weekly office hours for on-campus classes and electronically for online classes
The number of courses is contingent upon needs, funding, and sufficient enrollment. Individuals hired as Faculty Associates may not hold multiple non-benefits-eligible appointments at Arizona State University. Salary is based upon qualifications and assigned teaching load.
Anticipated start date is Fall 2026 and/or Spring 2027 session A, B, and/or C.
