Maintainsaccurateseating, wait list, and reservation documentation and monitors table availability in real time.
Keeps the host stand, cashiering area, and surrounding dining spaces clean, organized, and guest-readyin accordance withhealth and safety standards.
Assistswaitstaff and bus persons as needed by refilling beverages, pre-bussingand bussing tables, and responding to guest needs.
Communicates clearly with service staffregardingseating status, guest needs, and operational priorities.
Promotes current casino or property events and provides guests with directions or information as needed.
Completes assigned opening and closing duties to ensure readiness for the next shift.
Thanks guests, invites them to return, and creates a positive, welcoming departure experience.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.
Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, crowded, and noisy environment with exposure to bright lights.
Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues and work in confined spaces asrequired.
