PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Night Auditor is responsible for assisting The Lodges front desk with administrative functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Nightly reconciliation of previous day's business
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure
• Check guests in and out and assist with any requests
• Assist with General Store operations
• Answer and assist with guest calls after hours from other Deer Valley Lodging properties
• Assist with fire alarms and other emergencies
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Knowledge of Deer Valley Lodging properties and Park City area preferred
• General understanding of computers and computer operating systems
• Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles to transport guests
• Required to work a mix of overnight and day shifts

• $23.00 per hour
