THE REALREAL: Pricing Assistant, Handbags and Fashion

As a Pricing Assistant at TheRealReal, you will own the day-to-day pricing of items across our dynamic fashion categories (Womens Clothing & Accessories). At the heart of the merchandising team, you will be responsible for supporting pricing execution, pricing analysis and providing insights on what is and isnt working to ultimately drive sell-through and supply. Youll bring your expertise of the market to the table and were looking for a process-driven individual who has extraordinary attention to detail and wants to hone their analytical skill set.

• Leverage expertise in luxury retail, stellar attention to detail, and passion for research to execute category price QC, ensuring consistency and accuracy

• Support weekly reporting; perform data analysis to evaluate and implement pricing strategies based on current business and competitive market dynamics

• Work closely with our Planning and Merchandising teams on a daily basis to uncover opportunities and deliver upon financial plans

• Work closely with internal departments and provide answers to pricing inquiries in a timely and professional manner using thorough research, analytics, and product knowledge

• Support monthly cross-functional pricing trainings and competitive analysis

• Liaise with authentication + consignor facing partners to resolve issues and improve SLA

• Monitor buyer and consignor feedback to help inform pricing decisions
