The purpose of this position is to provide and lead the assistance to the Creative Styling team in multiple functions of in-house and outsourced photoshoot processes, lead and assist in daily shoot preparation, and maintain general styling prep organization.
Provide constant support to the Senior Editorial Style Manager and Senior Stylist in all areas of product organization for photo shoots and maintain consistent communication with cross functional teams to ensure SOPs are adhered to
Responsible for workflow of inventory management for stylists product selects as well as manage creative spreadsheets for working projects
Create a digital log in each projects Google Docs to track the stylists product selects
Liaise with Warehouse and Store teams to ensure product is arriving to Creative Studio within our desired deadline
Act as on-set styling assistant - unpacking product, steaming, working with Stylist while fitting on-figure looks as well as on the still life set
