Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Maintain accurate GMP records of materials and products received, stocked, and shipped.
• Ensure finished goods are correctly labeled and provided to couriers on time.
• Perform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment, transferring materials to proper storage areas.
• Inspect and verify materials, labels, and documents for accuracy.
• Participate in site and team projects, including creating SOPs and training materials.
• Operate radiation detection equipment as required.
• Complete job-specific training in cGMP, HS&E, and Dangerous Goods.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing in a regulated industry.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to site protocols.

Preferences

• Associates or undergraduate degree in business or science-related field.
• Knowledge of procurement/inventory management systems and procedures.
• Hazardous shipping training.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional can-do attitude.
