Theater Event Staff - On-Call

• Assist with ushering, crowd management, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, seating, and general event inquiries.
• Monitor guest behavior and assist with resolving disruptive or unsafe situations as needed.
• Assist with venue setup and breakdown before and after events, including signage, ropes/stanchions, and cleanliness.
• Maintain awareness of safety and emergency procedures and respond to incidents appropriately.

• Provide outstanding guest service and represent MotorCity Casino Hotel in a positive and professional manner.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling based on event calendar.
