"Opportunities Start Here" is more than a slogan at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) Matanuska-Susitna College (Mat-Su College); it is our mission. We are committed to helping students turn their educational goals into achievable realities. As an extended campus of UAA, Mat-Su College is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Glen Massey Theatre.

Additionally, the position will require the team member to manage the theater's social media and website content to keep the information current and timely. This front-end position will also include supporting pre-production and active events with back-stage and in-theater production assistance as determined by the Managing Director. Some evening and/or weekend hours are an essential part of this position.
To thrive in this role, the team member will need to be organized with strong time management skills and the ability to modify work priorities on short notice. Being able to interact comfortably and courteously, both on the phone and in person, with patrons and theater partners is essential. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity software and social media applications is a plus. Experience with sales and customer service is definitely beneficial.
