#26-53 Therapeutic Residential Paraprofessional (TRP) YES/NOP, On -Call, Oahu The Therapeutic Residential Paraprofessional (TRP) serves as an important supportive member of the direct care team in a small group home. Along with the Family -Teachers, the Therapeutic Residential Paraprofessional implements the Teaching -Family Model, a proven community -based treatment approach for youth with serious emotional and behavioral problems. Must be able to cover the home 24 hrs./day, as assigned. The Therapeutic Re sidential Paraprofessional must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work. EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Must have a high school degree or equivalent and o ne (1) year of experience working with children and/or adolescents. Must be able to work 8 -10 continuous hours of supervising youth.
