    Who We're Looking For

    We're seeking compassionate professionals who:

    • Hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
    • Possess or are eligible for appropriate North Carolina licensure (LCMHC-A, LCSW-A, LMFTA, or other applicable credentials, depending on position requirements).
    • Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment.
    • Are committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences with empathy and integrity.
    What We're Looking For:
    • Education: Graduate Degree, required. Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
    • Experience: One year experience (including internships or pre-doctorate residencies), preferred.
    • Licensure/Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate or Licensed Psychological Associate, required.
      • Supervise in Social Work, Resident in Counseling or Psychology Resident, required.
      • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire. Team members in strictly remote positions are exempt. Team members working strictly in behavioral health outpatient clinics are exempt from state approved curricula but are required to take NEC0170 De-escalation Techniques and Effective Communication Strategies within 3 months of hire, required. 
      • Notary Public, preferred.
    • Additional Skills (required): Good working knowledge of computers.
      • Ability to care for behavioral health and substance used disorder age-specific populations.
    • Additional Skills (preferred): Rehab dept only: Experience working with people with physical disabilities.
    What You'll Do:

    As a Therapist I, you will:

    • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans that support patient goals.
    • Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy.
    • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate exceptional care.
    • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
    • Educate patients and families while promoting recovery, resilience, and overall wellness.
    • Support a safe, compassionate, and therapeutic environment.
