    Company Description Indiana Teen Treatment Centers (ITTC) provides structured mental health and substance use treatment for adolescents across Indiana through Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP). The organization serves teens experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm behaviors, school refusal, behavioral challenges, and substance use concerns. ITTC partners closely with families, school districts, and community referral sources to ensure teens receive timely, appropriate care and maintain academic progress. Treatment is evidence-based, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and relapse prevention, and emphasizes family-centered support and education. ITTC’s goal is to help teens stabilize and return to daily life stronger—emotionally, academically, socially, and at home.

    Role Description The Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, providing direct clinical services to adolescents in PHP and IOP settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities. The Therapist coordinates care with schools, families, and community providers to support attendance, academic progress, and overall stability. Additional tasks include maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, and contributing to crisis assessment and intervention as needed. The role also involves educating and supporting caregivers, promoting family engagement in treatment, and upholding all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.

    Qualifications

    • \n
    • Clinical licensure or eligibility (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or equivalent) and a master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
    • \n
    • Strong skills in individual, group, and family therapy, with experience using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and relapse prevention.
    • \n
    • Experience working with adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm behaviors, school refusal, behavioral challenges, and substance use concerns.
    • \n
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with school personnel, families, and community providers, including skills in care coordination, case consultation, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
    • \n
    • Proficiency in clinical documentation, treatment planning, risk assessment, and adherence to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA and state regulations.
    • \n
    • Strong communication, de-escalation, and crisis management abilities, with a commitment to a structured, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment.
    • \n
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-capacity program and maintaining professional boundaries while demonstrating cultural humility and respect for diverse backgrounds.

    • CPR/First Aid certification and prior experience in PHP/IOP or similar levels of care are
