Position Overview
Impireum is seeking licensed Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to deliver high-quality psychotherapy within a structured, integrated behavioral health model.
This role is designed for clinicians who value clinical autonomy within a system of accountability and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers for integrated care
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in KPI-driven performance tracking
- Deliver services in both in-person and telehealth formats
Qualifications
- Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in TX, FL, MD, or DE
- Strong clinical skills across anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.
- Experience in outpatient or integrated settings preferred
- Ability to maintain high documentation standards
