Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient rehabilitation services. The selected candidate will deliver patient-centered care in a hospital setting, supporting recovery and functional improvement.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine their rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and injury management strategies.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies and licensure requirements.
Qualifications:
Hold an active Maryland or Compact occupational therapy license.
Possess at least 11 years of inpatient rehab experience.
Be willing to float between units within scope of practice.
Maintain current BLS certification.
Successfully pass a nicotine screening; candidates must be nicotine-free.
