Shift: Day Shift – 3x12 Hours
Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week contract at a leading acute care facility in Bradenton, FL. The ideal candidate must be skilled in both adult and NICU respiratory care and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification required(CRT not accepted)
• Active state license required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required
• NICU & Adult care experience required
• Drager ventilator experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Must live 100+ miles from the facility

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory care treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform diagnostic evaluations including specimen collection and analysis
• Monitor and manage ventilators, artificial airways, and oxygen therapy
• Provide cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and patient education
• Work across multiple care settings including NICU and adult units
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
