Therapist, Youth & Family Services - School-Based Therapy Program

Community Partners is seeking clinicians for our School-Based Therapy Program. School-based Clinicians provide individual, family and/or group therapy to children, adolescents and their families in the setting that is most comfortable for the unique needs of each family, which could include the child's school, the home or another community setting. As a School-based Clinician, you will work full-time providing comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and case management to students and their families. you will also participate in regular mental health consultation with school personnel, participate in program development, and be part of a clinical team.

Ideal candidates for this position will have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or a related field and are dedicated to helping others. Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or related field required
• NH Board of Mental Health Practice License or license eligible
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation
