Job Summary and Qualifications

The Office Coordinator contributes to high quality, patient-centered care by performing nonclinical supportive therapy functions, under the direction of therapy leadership. The Coordinator independently manages all front/back office functions including greeting patients, phones/messaging, scheduling, registration, billing functions, insurance verification/authorization, maintainingaccurate records, inventory of departmental supplies, and other departmental functions under the direct supervision of therapists and therapy leadership. The Therapy Office Coordinatormay also assist in the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of therapeutic equipment and accepts other responsibilities as needed, including patient transport, departmental data management and other clerical duties or assigned tasks. 


What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Graduate / GED
  • 1+ years Previous medical/hospital office/secretarial experience
