    Job Summary

    The Therapy Posting Coordinator/Assistant is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing clinician visit documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and timely payroll and billing submission. This role serves as a key liaison between caregivers, schedulers, supervisors, and administrative staff to resolve documentation discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and verify clinician visit notes for completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
    • Ensure all documentation meets company policies and compliance standards before posting.
    • Match verified visit notes with scheduled visits to confirm services were performed as assigned.
    • Process and post approved visit documentation into payroll and billing systems according to established procedures.
    • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies related to visit documentation, scheduling, payroll, or billing entries.
    • Communicate professionally with agencies, caregivers, schedulers, and supervisors to obtain missing or corrected information.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of verified visits and payroll postings.
    • Monitor deadlines to ensure timely payroll processing and billing accuracy.
    • Support administrative and operational teams with reporting and documentation needs as required.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in home health, healthcare administration, payroll coordination, or medical office support preferred.
    • Familiarity with home health EMR systems and healthcare documentation processes is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
