    Job Summary

    The Therapy Posting Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing clinician visit documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and timely payroll and billing submission. This role serves as a key liaison between caregivers, schedulers, supervisors, and administrative staff to resolve documentation discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and verify clinician visit notes for completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
    • Ensure all documentation meets company policies and compliance standards before posting.
    • Match verified visit notes with scheduled visits to confirm services were performed as assigned.
    • Process and post approved visit documentation into payroll and billing systems according to established procedures.
    • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies related to visit documentation, scheduling, payroll, or billing entries.
    • Communicate professionally with agencies, caregivers, schedulers, and supervisors to obtain missing or corrected information.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of verified visits and payroll postings.
    • Monitor deadlines to ensure timely payroll processing and billing accuracy.
    • Support administrative and operational teams with reporting and documentation needs as required.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in home health, healthcare administration, payroll coordination, or medical office support preferred.
    • Familiarity with home health EMR systems and healthcare documentation processes is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

    Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
