Weekend REQ: every 6th full weekend. Get a day off during the week prior to the Saturday shift and the week after the Sunday shift. Weekend shift is 730-4 unless otherwise approved

Adult Care exp required, Adaptive Equipment required, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement and Knee Injuries/total knee replacement required.
Lifting/transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety/Injury prevention, Telephone calls, Documentation required
EPIC experience preferred
