Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday Friday, within a 7:00 AM 7:00 PM coverage window
Evening Requirement: Must be available to work until 7:00 PM two evenings per week
Location: HOCCRN Bristol 22 Pine Street, Bristol, CT
Licensure: Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required
Experience: 3+ years preferred
Certification: BLS/CPR required
Epic: Experience is a plus
