Hiring Process: Direct Submissions - Submissions will be sent to hiring team for review. Hiring team will conduct phone interviews and will let us know if they'd like to make an offer once the interview is complete

" PT in the Sacramento Area
Average # of patients/day: We don't focus on number of patients per day, more of patients per week. We put the patients first.
Visits per day/week: Minimum 23-24 visits per week to qualify for a 40hr guarantee
Types of Cases: Home Health, Wound Care, Geriatric Home Health Patients
Years of experience REQ: Min 1 year in Home Health - 2 years experience overall as a clinician.
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes - first time travelers okay
Weekend REQ: No weekends
Certs REQ: BLS and State License in hand at time of submission - Not Hits on License
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) No On-Call - On-Call would be discretionary, but not required
Territory/County covering: Will be discussed during interview - may be asked to go to surrounding counties as well
Mileage reimbursed?: IRS Standard - first patient to last patient (NOT to or from home)
Locals accepted?: (Y/N) Yes, 50-mile radius for locals.
Pending License accepted?: (Y/N) No, must have valid license in hand at time of sub.
Dress Code: ?Any Color Scrubs - closed toe shoes
Charting:?Kinnser/Wellsky - All charting must be done in clinic while there, CANNOT take it home
Parking: Free Parking - Residential
Covid & Flu Policy: Covid is required - declination allowed for religious purposes. Flu is okay to decline, declination needed.
Compliance Requirement: We need all required documents to be available before clinician can start seeing patients (Compliance may take 2-3 weeks)
RTO: All RTO must be sent at time of submission, will not accept any additional RTO after offered.
Contract Length: 4-6 Months per contract (less experienced clinician's must do 6 months, this is non-negotiable)
