" Weekend coverage once/month
" Epic experience preferred
" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.
" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
" Holiday Requirement: May be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)

REQUIRED LICENSE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS ============================================== " Virginia Physical Therapy license required. Does not need to be in hand upon submittal, can apply immediately upon offer.
